The Cal Elite B2007 team captured its first Championship of the 2022 summer. After conceding the top spot in championship appearances the past two tournaments, the team found itself in familiar territory. Playing past overtime, and in PK shootouts for its third straight championship opportunity proved exciting and satisfying as boys worked diligently to get the job done at the OC Surf Invitational Tournament. Competition included: Mission Viejo Football Club, Dynamo, and Pateadores. *Note: after tying Dynamo in bracket play, they found themselves matched up in the final. Way to go CE07!
